	Christian joined Inova in early 2008. He has professional experience in multiple fields, including software development, training and teaching, day-trading, consulting, direct and portfolio sales, accounting, video editing and multimedia integration, military (Army radio-code) and even catering liaison and production chef! He has had an international education spanning elementary education in Canterbury, England; High-School and Political Science University in France, and Computer Science in Boston, USA. 	Stuart has been testing software at Inova Solutions since 2003. He is a Virginia boy, raised in Herndon, just outside of Washington, DC. He managed to graduate from the University of Virginia twice, and fell in love with Charlottesville in the process. 	Pete and his wife live on his parents’ retired dairy farm, where he keeps an eye on them, the weeds and the veggies he tries to grow among them. 	Darah joined Inova as our Employee Assistance Specialist (a.k.a. Human Resources) in the summer of 2008 after spending 4 years as a stay-at-home mom. Before having a family, she spent 9 years in various Human Resources positions at a global management consulting firm. 	Chris is a software engineer with Inova Solutions who works on high reliability call center and emergency notification systems. He has achieved some small amount of notoriety in Second Life by creating a search engine device called “searchbert” that looks for virtual objects. 	Deverett has been with Inova for the past four years managing the installation of all Inova products. His responsibilities also include conducting remote and on-site training sessions with new LightLink users. 	Steve is a Software Quality Engineer and Scrum Master at Inova Solutions, and enjoys contributing to the development of successful software. He lives in a charming one hundred year-old house that’s in a continual state of renovation. With hiking, gardening, cooking with family and friends, playing music and going to concerts, and generally enjoying life, he just can’t keep up with the house. 	Aaron has been involved in the development or maintenance of almost all Inova products; including its synchronized clocks, LED displays, and Windows call center reporting software. 	Dave is a gracefully maturing 50 year old with 2 incredible young daughters. 	Davis has been installing and supporting software for Inova Solutions for just over three years now. He is a transplant from Atlanta, GA that has found a new home in Charlottesville with Inova. He attended the University of Georgia, where his studies ranged from Pre-Veterinary to Foreign Language. He’s not exactly using his schooling in his day to day work, but he finds that his experience offers a valuable outside perspective on the standard call center thought process. Pursuing a strong hobby interest in technology brought him to where he is today, and he’s thrilled to be able to follow those interests into the workplace. 	Pete has been with Inova Solutions for more than 15 years and is currently a Technical Project Manager. He was born and raised in rural Franklin County, Virginia where you he now lives with his wife and 3 children and could not imagine living anywhere else.
